Payment:

Payment is expected at the time of completing your checkout.  If you put something in your cart on my website, the item is still available to someone else until you complete Paypal.  I accept credit card payments through Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account to use a credit card.  I will not ship your order until the payment has cleared.

In the event that there is a non-payment, Red Fence Quilting LLC will send one email to the contact information.  It is expected that there is a response with payment within 48 hours.  Failure to respond with payment, Red Fence Quilting LLC will put the product item back into inventory.

Tax: 

Sales tax is not in the price of the product.  At checkout, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your product.  If you are a resident in WV, then you will have a sales tax of 6% for the product and any municipal taxes that are automatically calculated through the WooCommerce app.

Customer Service:

I enjoy making products for you!  While I offer a variety of products, I am always interested in receiving feedback.  If you like the product, please tell me what you liked, what would you like to see in the future.  If you didn’t like the product, please let me know why and how I can improve the product.  Your feedback helps me produce a better product.

Shipping:

I ship all products in 2-3 business days.  I only ship to the United States including Puerto Rico.  Shipping times vary as to location and method of shipment. I have no control of the package once it leaves my facility.  I will send a tracking number to the customer email address given at the time of ordering.

Generally, I use USPS as a shipping carrier.

If the order has two addresses, the one when you complete the order and a different one in Paypal, Red Fence Quilting will contact the customer to choose one address.  If there is no communication from the customer within 24 hours, Red Fence Quilting will ship to the address given on the order on Red Fence Quilting website.
